Royal Guard Fiora, who is the lady with a crown on her head sitting in the back behind Fiora?

Likely just some random npc they made for this splash. After all the splashes are alternate universes and this skin is called "royal guard",so it would make sense that they show her protecting a royal.
Most likely it'd be the queen of Demacia.
Its actually the King Jarvan lll, he just look younger in photos thanks to magic.
