Is she firmly rooted in Demacian territory for her search, or has she traveled elsewhere?
If it's the latter, then I'd love to see her test other Champions on whether they're "the hero" or not (with preferably non-lethal results).

I would say probably not, considering her relationship with Orlon and Demacia as a whole. Given how Demacia has developed as a society she probably believes that the chosen hero is someone who fits with the ideals of Demacia to a tee, and given who their neighbours are in the warrings tribes of the Freljord, the conquering Noxus and the nomads with their honestly quite bleak and depressing lives she's probably always had the assumption that Demacia's hero would be a Demacian man/woman through and through, right down to their birthplace.
because I am a terrible fan fiction writer to-be, I have figured a plot where a foreigner(mah character) shows up in the Demacia regions and encounters her and stuff happens. Otherwise...I don't imagine poppy going anywhere too much farther than the actual outskirts of the Demacia territories.

the true hero already wears a hammer, he is the hero demacia deserve, but not the one it needs right now. so she'll hunt him, because he can take it, because hes not our hero, hes a faboulous guardian, a watchuful support, a gem knight
