Will Soraka and Viktor receive Art and Lore updates?

Art wise I feel Soraka needs it more, while lore wise I think it's a great opportunity to write these as being more central to the story. Soraka as a major protagonist for Ionia, and Viktor as a major antagonist for Zaun.
