Isn't BloodMoon about Ionians champs only + the legends/Spirit champs as they are perceived in Ionian culture ?

I can see Ashe working, she could be a spirit of Avarosa representated through Blood Moon ?
Others good candidates for BM are

But the Bloodmoon skins are so... average...
Give them masks, then talk, until then, it's not blood Moon
