Teemo Doesn't Have Any Rival Reaction Lines?

Yo! If you guys have checked out Surrender@20, they've released the previews of the psychopathic war (hero?) version of our adorable little devil and when I do admire this new skin and I find the idea for a completely changed Teemo (I can't stop giggling at how adorable his voice sounds yet hes saying some messed up stuff) pretty interesting and a great new take on Teemo yet I noticed something that slightly bugged me. Now, i'm not playing favorites here (Gnar's my favorite and the fact that he has a quote towards him satisfied me) but I find it strange that Teemo has reactions to mostly every yordle except his two rivals: Veigar and Rumble.

I mean he has a reaction to Tristana which is classified as one of his friends but thats it in his personal relationships. I'd find it pretty cool if he had some special quotes towards the two so we could see how this newer form of Teemo feels about his rivals. But, ya know, after all this work ya put into the skin its fine if its never added. Thanks for reading, now if you'll excuse me, I'll be hiding under my bed hoping he doesn't find me.

(PS: What was with all the things in Teemo's room if he really had no reactions to characters like Annie, Garen, and Rengar? I assume it was just to make it look cooler)
