Taliyah and noxus
Why didn't taliyah just do what noxus wanted her to do? Like bury and entire village in stone and rocks? She would have been paid so well and even promoted.
She would have been badass if she stayed with noxians

Because she didn't want to kill people?
It simple, She is not a Noxian, which means that she wasnt part of the Noxian army in first place... so, they were not going to "promote" her or "pay" her... They just wanted to use her as a weapon.
