Will the updated skin splash arts continue in future patch notes?

I don't know about you, but I got more excited about the skins having an updated splash than most of the other updates.

But I just want to know, will this be a sign that splash updates like that will occur more often in future patch notes?

Probably. I mean the same thing pretty much happened with the classic splash arts.
