anyone notice all the old champs are getting top teir skins?

I mean, newer champs have much more VO's and special interactions in their original skins; giving older champs those top-tier skins is a form of compensation since they don't have those.

Sadly Rammus is on the list for VGUs,so no new skin for him until then.

Looking at all the Legendary & Ultimate skins in the game right now, it's mostly older champs who have those skins. The only "recent" champ who have one of those is Thresh, even then Thresh is (or is approaching) 3 years old. So yeah, the older champs are the ones getting the high tier skins.

Rammus should actually get an ultimate skin. I say this, because he's always been relevant, his play style can actually support it, and there's so much you can do with a rolling ball from an artistic viewpoint!
