How do Yordles react to technology?

In their new lore, Yordles appear to be more magical as a species. They hang around people that represent their ideas, but how advanced is their technology now? Is Heimer a natural genius, or did he learn about science from Piltover?

Lets chuck Teemo into a microwave and find out!

All tech is hextech. Even guns. Hextech is just machines that run on magic. So it makes sense that yordles are gifted with it

Don't think that applies to Bilgewater, and it's said that Noxians are trying to make their own, though that could be magic powered too.

I mean That gun of Tristana's is pretty high tech, and in their old lore it was implied they came to earth on a rocket called the Mothership so... I dunno

Well I mean yordles seemingly make their own technology and then power it via magic. So they probably act to it as the norm in some situations.

Powered it via their own magic. Poppy was impressed that humans could accomplish so much without any innate magic of their own.

I would posit that tech created by a Yordle probably wouldn't function in the hands of a human because it takes the Yordle's own personal magic to make it function. Though maybe a human could rig it up with a hextec power core somehow to make it sort of work.
