The face is the biggest change. It was pointy and looked like Cruella de Vil before. Royal Guard lost the sleeve frills and they all got slight color changes (which they always do to skins throughout their time on PBE, they usually don't go live exactly how they started on PBE)

I actually thought that too, but the lighting makes it a little hard for me to tell.

Look at the model in Lolking though and her hair is definitely black.

Still though, why was Nightraven Fiora's most unique quality, her more distinctive rapier, changed to just another basket-hilted one? The different hilt on the rapier is the main reason I bought the thing.

Or maybe they just made a mistake. Riot's art team has made so many beautiful masterpieces but when one doesn't go right everyone goes batsh!t crazy.

Andddddd she still looks hideous. I doubt there's a fix for this one, folks. It's either going to get pushed out hideous because Riot can't admit they messed up or it's going to get scrapped; you know the odds of them scrapping it are extremely slim, though.

They still look horrible in-game. That's the most flattering angle for all those skins. They're still a massive downgrade, and they're still the art team saying "deal with it".

Log into the PBE and see for yourself, I think you'll agree with me.

Wrong. This is the worst angle.

They aren't all that bad from front or side, but awful when looking from in-game average perspective - which is shown in images I linked.

I hope they resell the headmistress skin because it's the only one I don't own, and it's the most representative of the old fiora :D I'm really happy they made these changes, and I never doubted that they would, rito knows what they're doing.

Every time they do a VU or major update of any kind, they offer a discount bundle for the Champion and all skins. I believe they will do this with Fiora as well.

Individual legacy skins aren't otherwise available.

If you are missing even one item in a bundle you can still purchase it at discount, that's how Rework Bundles work, interestingly enough. This isn't the case with Champion Release Bundles, as they code it so if you buy the champion, the Skin in the bundle is still Full Price. I actually saw this has been true since the release of Ekko.
