What do you call a leader of a Shuriman city?

We have governors, kings, lords, and grand generals, but it never occurred to me what you call those who lead individual Shuriman cities and towns.

I'm embarrassed that I was hoping for a punch line. :(

Well there are a couple of "heirophants" in Zuretta and Vekaura, but I'm not sure exactly what their roles are. They might be religious leaders rather than civil leaders.

The settlements that are under Noxian command are likely ruled by a "governor", as that seems to be the Noxian way.

Nashramae has a "Lord".

Shurima is a mix of different cultures, so I doubt there is one system that applies to the whole continent.

Sultan? Emir? Padishah?

Azir is reffered to as emperor right?

Most probably, satrap. Since Shurima seems like a mix between Egypt and the Middle East, the title of the provincial governors of the old Persian Empires, seems the most fitting.

When it was an Empire, Azir and alike would have been Emperor. Just the cities or provinces though? Governor, Mayor, Steward or Overseer seems most likely.
