Pentakill kayle

As someone who enjoys playing kayle I have to vent my frustration with her new skin. It has been a while since she's gotten a new skin and some elements of it are nice. Where I find a problem is that her skin is basically just an accessory to the morde rework as can be seen by the ground sigil on her new skill graphic. While this may be the direction that pentakill is going, the pentakill skill line is easily one of the least popular and least widely appealing skill lines. Kayle getting a skin in it especially with the recent morde rework announcement shouldn't preclude her from getting a new skin in a more widely appealing line or a solo skin in the near future. It's not fair to people who actually like Kayle for kayle (instead of as a morde accessory) to have to potentially wait years for a real skin to come her way.

With that being said, I do like the black outfit/wings and the hairstyle and the sword looks nice in game. The deep orange color of skill graphics looks nice especially contrasted with the black in her model but the pentakill/morde sigil and the pentakill elements of her splash such as the microphone really detract from an otherwise nice skin.

TLDR: pentakill was a dead skin line for a reason, dont waste a kayle skin on it just bc morde is getting reworked.
