(I only mean lore-wise and graphics-wise, not gameplay. They play just fine.)
Morgana could've used a VU before getting that Bewitching skin, but it seems other Champions are "higher priority". Morg's animations and dialogue are so shoddy, though. And let's not even get started on how obsolete her lore is.
But it seems you guys don't care, right?
They are currently focusing on VGUs,meaning they focus on the champs who need a visual update AND a gameplay update.
Since Morganas gameplay is considered fine(she has a rather unique gameplaystyle,offers counterplay and brings something unique to her team with her black shield),she isn't on the update list. They did talk about how they would update Kayle and Morgana together(because the 2 champs are simply THAT much connected) eventually,but others will likely take some priority.
Morg has had a bit of visual work to her. They did give her improved visuals a long while ago and changed the spell icons. Kayle, as far as I know, has been untouched and I'm sure she will get work soon. But there are plenty of champs needing updates, and the best they can do is take them one at a time. Warwick, Kayle, Nunu, Cho (Has gotten some fair Visuals) etc.
