Part of the awesomeness of Sion's rework is his size. There is no need to shrink him by 5%. He wants to be the biggest.

Like think of Sion as a Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime but a little more hulking, so he would be slightly bigger than darius because darius is already Schwarzenegger caliber. But still personaly I would like it the way he is because he is the definition of a juggernaut.

In my opinion, being a little bit smaller will do justice both to him and to the champions who are actually supposed to dwarf him.
As long as he won't be outgrown by someone, who in turn, shouldn't.

Surely Cho'Gath fully stacked should be comfortably the biggest, followed by Malphite, Zac and Naut.
