Trickster demi-god sound about right?
To be fair, it might fit him into the overall lore a bit better than random psychopath, while also still allowing him to click pretty much into any locale if they rework him. (FYI: Zaun and Noxus are the go-to regions he's associated with for popularity. I vote origins in Kumungu's wild locale and transplanted.)
I think he's actually a demon, but don't hold me to that.

Shaco is the same faction as Annie, neutral. Shaco can't be a faction because no one would dare trust him, obviously... If anything, I would place his origins in either Ionia or the Shadow Isles, but he pledges no loyalty. I really liked the lore idea where he was a marionette made for a prince... and then the prince dies and Shaco becomes traumatically grief stricken.
