From somewhat wavy hair to pretty much full on afro, no League champ seems to have it.
Just giving artists an idea here, for the record my hair is straight as leeks.

Lucian is pretty much the only human in the game with afro-textured hair (4c id say). Would be great to see a skin or a new champ with something similar.

This might be completely ignorant of me to say, but it might have something to do with the dynamics of non-curly hair in an animation? It moves when you move. It flows when you run. When you die it collapses on the ground. I know curly hair isn't static in real life, but it might be similar to the "breaking-a-wall" effect -- they want to include it but they don't want it to look sub-par in-game. Does that make sense? Just a thought.
I agree, though. They need to make a character with a fro. It doesn't even need to be a Ben Wallace fro necessarily, it could be a Carrot Top fro or a Seth Rogen fro. The possibilities are endless!
I've noticed this as well; there is wavy hair, and the closest someone gets is Heimer with his wavy hair. But no champion has curly hair.

Honestly you won' t see the very curly kind of hair here. As many pointed out there are curly and even some afros but are a bit semplified because it' s a matter of screen dimension. You can' t put too much detail there or else it seems all just noisy. Illaoi is curly enough for me, for example. You can tell she has curly hair at first glance.
