I like this. Lux isn't one of the Champions who should have DD's. Doesn't fit her design when she's the teenage light mage.
Now everyone can stop saying Lux has big boobs, because it's not true anymore. She's average at best.

But notice the skirt actually is transparent. I dont think textures could capture that on their own.
As for lighting....does it make sense to do a splash in lighting that drastically makes something different from the lighting of the typical game environment?
333lom1 votesI've noticed in most of the updated textures that they've done, they're making the lower part of the champion darker, and the upper part lighter, probably for better clarity in-game, so that the champions can be more easily spotted.
Balisan1 votesIt would seem to me that Riot wanted her to have leather boots instead of metal. She is fairly quick on her feet, and given her physique, I think that leather is more believable.

Now technically other champs DO have jiggle physics, but it controls other things that bounce or move, they call it "Jiggle Tech"

Yasuo’s hair and ropes – traditionally tedious things to animate – aren’t yet animated at all. Whilst it is common to manually animate these things on a final pass once the animator’s happy with the main body motion, we actually ended up pioneering some great new tech called ‘Jiggle Tech’. With it, we can set things to animate and react in real time to the motions of Yasuo’s body through simulating physics instantaneously in my animation tool, meaning we can rapidly iterate and make tweaks and changes without going through the tedious task of re-animating the hair and rope each time.
So its useful but ahem...."traditional" things you might apply it to, arent seen much except on because ya know, she snakes around a lot and it would be weird if her bosom were rigid. But they've had this since 2010 in the traditional sense so in the meantime they could have applied it to many champs like 
etc but since Yasuo these aren't just rhythmic animations but dynamic.
Now, we still havent had a Hair Update for female champs (and even some male ones), but MAYBE maybe this tech will get implemented on mobile female champs. (And hey, can we get somebody that twerks as a dance Rito?) Another point, this tech can also theoretically animate hair too -would be amazing.
darkdill2 votesNot necessarily jiggle physics, but pre-made jiggle animations would work on Miss Fortune. It just makes sense for her since she has F-cups.
An actual jiggle physics engine would take up too much RAM, so pre-rendered animations would be just fine.

People have this thing with Lux being the youngest entrant to the academy, and being young graduating and being sent on covert missions.
But years have passed since all of that, so I would assume she is about 20-22 years old.
If any champions were going to be teenagers (16-19)

are the only ones I think could pass for that young. (though mind you Jinx and Vi have been hinted that they could be sisters, but if so, Vi's sister is the OLDER one) Some people seem to think 
may be a teenager too though.

It's not a children's game. In fact...if they actually went all the way and I mean all the way, it could have been rated M for mature.
But that's not quite LoL's audience, so we only have suggestive themes. Also dont forget, people dont like change. That aside kayle boob armor compaints were social justice warrior complaints -also not a 10 year old scheme or prank.

Balisan1 votesThe breast-plates have not really changed much in size, if at all. The new piece of armor that hangs right above her chest and connects the shoulder pads changes the way you are perceiving her form; it covers up part of her breasts, whilst in the old texture, the armor that was there actually accentuated them with shading.
