Rural Runeterrans

Usually in the real world, when we speak of people from rural areas, people born on the farm, etc, the first thing that comes to my mind that they are racially intolerant towards other people due to lack of education or lack of mingling with other group of races. Now that may be stereotypical but some of it is true. Now I have a question regarding Quinn. Seeing she comes from rural Demacia, from the border regions, farmer family, could she have a lesser view on anyone that is non-human, like other humanoid creatures that are not human? Could people who come from rural Demacia be racist is what I am asking. Then again, due to their upbringing, the lack of social life with anyone that does not look like them, lack of education, etc etc. Do you guys think deep down inside she has a stereotypical view on anyone who is non-rural/commoner/farmer/non-human creatures? I am stating this simply because this game like any other game draws from real world things in our world. I am not trolling, this is legit question. I want to know. Where are my lore scribes, help me out.
