WHY ON THE EARTH did you change Master Yi's face?

Riot thinks asian faces are racist or what is the reason Master Yi's perfect, realistic splash art was changed into cartoonish faced splash? Master Yi is Ionian. Ionia is a place in Valoran which lays on east. Every champion who are from Ionia look asian. Yasuo Akali LeeSin Irelia Ionia's culture is similiar to Asian culture. The original version of the splash art gave a natural vibe. It was sublime and showed a very calm yet serious master who is ready to the battle. And the new one? The face is very cartoonish. Looks less asian and it's rather posing for a photoshoot :/ Plus: These skins represent Japanese culture. And you still remove the asian faces? The skin line loses it's meaning...

I think it was to align his appearance between the splash and the icon. There was a notable difference between the two so I guess they decided to adjust the splash since the icon got a lot of positive reception.
