I listened to Xayah's voice over and one her lines left the impression that there are real vampires unlike

I always wondered if vampires existed in Runeterra just to know how they would react to meeting Vladimir. Would they want to eat/drink him? Are his powers useless against them (like trying to drown a fish?). Would they fear/respect/understand each other or what? Could he even be well known among vampires?

As far as I'm concerned, Vladimir is League's version of the vampire, which makes him a Vampire (just a different kind of vampire).

Im sorry to tell you this, but Xayah is a fictional character... if she says something about vampires, it doesnt mean that Vampires ARE real. In the planet Earth, there are no such things as Vampires... unless you count mosquitoes.
