*as in buying it specifically so you/people can see the artwork in the loading screen, not so much "I don't know what the actual skin looks like but it has a good splash so it probably looks good in game too"

DwarvenGiant1 votesPeople who buy a skin for its splash art probably do it because it enhances the fantasy of the skin (as well as the gameplay, sometimes) and sets a certain mood that you might be excited to experience, similarly to how lore or a cinematic would make you want to play a champion; "THIS IS AWESOME AND I WANNA FEEL LIKE THIS WHEN I'M PLAYING THAT CHAMPION/SKIN! (Hence why I play/purchased this.)"

Placentas1 votesA really cool splash art will definitely give me that extra push to buy a skin. I really love the new BM Diana splash art, one of my favorites really, but I don't play Diana & couldn't justify spending 10 dollars on something I would never use.
