I woke up super early today because I was super excited for the skins to come out and I see Ivern's been released instead. I really hope that this doesn't mean the skins are coming out next week instead.... I was so excited. =(

Not all skins will come out on the first day of the new patch. We have a bunch of content this patch and would like to space it out just a tiny bit because we want to let Ivern have his time to shine without being overshadowed by all of these lovely Star Guardian ladies. :)
Give it a few days. Skins are rarely released the day of the patch; it's often 2 or 3 days later.
I heard stories saying one day after next patch let's hope it is :)
