I remain largely unimpressed. Shurima remains the best thing they've put out so far, and even it wasn't good enough to justify the wreckage they made to create it.
The different styles used to introduce new characters has been top notch recently.
I love how we get a sense of Kindred and how they fit in the larger world but they are still left in mystery. This is soooooo great!
It's a pretty good piece but it's not very substantial. There is really nothing that ties it to Runeterra.
After all this time we're still missing basic, foundational lore and instead we're getting these one-off lore pieces. They're great, but ultimately meaningless.
