He was added along Sona so does this mean he will get a legendary skin. (Okay bad logic but let me to my fantasies) My dream legendary skin would be a canon King Jarvan with a comic about King Jarvan III either dying or retiring. A VU would not even be needed because King Jarvan is where he is now. So not only it would be a legendary skin but a legendary skin with a canon VU update. Please riot. Though I am just exciting that J4 is getting A skin.

Nope, this doesn't mean he'll get a legendary skin. It's probable that he'll get a 1350, though his presence could also potentially mean chromas or even (Rito willing) an update to WK J4 come Lunar Revel. Something like that.

No, Jarvan IV is not the king, Jarvan III is alive... the only Jarvans that are dead are Jarvan I and Jarvan II.

And the clothes of Jarvan III dont even look cool for a skin

Legendary is unlikely

him getting a new skin sometime next year alongside Sona is likely tho
