New animations and Voice-overs for TUs?

Well I really like it when a champ with an outdated model gets an update,but I get a bit sad whenever a champ gets a TU instead of a VU.

I mean don't misunderstand it,I fully understand that TUs are easier to make than VUs and if the internal model is ok,then there's little reason for a VU instead of a TU.

However what always bothers me is that TUs generall don't come with new animations,voice overs or skill effects. I mean lets look who has a TU on the pbe While he looks good now,his VO still consists of 12 lines(and I am counting his champion select quote as well as his 3 laughs),his ult doesn't have any cool special effects and he doesn't even have a joke-animation.

on the other hand has over 100 lines,nice skill effects and many animations(respawn,2 for recall,etc.even his soldiers can dance)

I would really love it if TUs would also adress these things,I mean you did this with Cassiopeia and to some extent Renekton during the Shurima event. I mean TUs should be meant to put an old champ,whose internal rig isn't outdated, on the same level as the newer champs,but they fail to do that,because these things don't get improved,leaving them in a weird spot,where their model looks better than that of many newer champs,but where the rest of them is still horribly outdated.
