Is J4 the foster dad of Shyvana considering he saved her and that Shyvana's dad is no longer alive?

pretty darn sure shyvana was an adult when J4 killed her dad, so heck no. J4 is more like her commanding officer or boss.

Pretty much this. Since she's a member of J4's Elite Guard, I'd also say she's the closest thing he has to a right-hand man(woman...dragon?)

Shyvana is trying to put J4's right hand out of business.
