Riot going to make scuttle crab emote Rift Scuttler when he hugs a honeyfruit near a single champion

Update was rolled out to PBE with no background and explanation on this. It was noticed accidentally by players. Looks like emote triggers only on specific occasions and only when single champion is around but no always. Probably when it's jungler and when he's low on HP.
