So they are coming really was from that champ concept..

Edit: So it's not Dha and ma....exactly... But it sure looks like it has some inspirations.

The Lamb and the Wolf, for those people that dont get it, is the simplest symbolism of the hunter and the hunted. The wolf hunts the lamb. Lamb gets away or the wolf eats the lamb.

From here, while we can't guess anything about their kits (for the most part), we can try and see what the champion will be:

THINGS BASICALLY GUARANTEED

  • The "champion" is two champions in one
  • It represents good and evil (sheep good, wolf evil)
  • It is related to "deaths" in some way
  • They are kindred

SPECULATION The wolf and the sheep, predator and prey. Kindred. This makes me think they represent good and evil yet cannot kill another by some mediating force. The third factor, the shephard so to speak. There is a force making sure evil doesn't kill good (and maybe vice versa). Could there be a third, less prominant spirit?

It's not Dha'Ma. Riot specifically stated they would never incorporate fan-created lore or champions into their game for various reasons.

It's unlikely that the champion itself is the lamb and wolf we see. Another string mentions "Kindred" implying that these little guys are kindred spirits for whatever is coming. I imagine the champion itself is the harbinger of these things that are coming, but I dunno.

Either way the Lamb and the Wolf are probably not the champion or whatever's coming, they're just tied to it.

Now that I think about it,it would make a lot of sense for them to be Ionian, not just because they look asian, but also because the sheep&wolf represents the hunter&the prey.

The sheep is harmless/defenseless,but can give us wool&milk, the wolf is strong, but can't produce, just destroy. It kinda mirrors ionias situation, since Ionia currently struggles to find the right balance between "noxians should die/power shouldn't be restrained" and "peacefulness/tradition/balance in power"

Okay, so far what I'm thinking is the champion will most likely be one champion (could be two but most likely one).

The "Kindred" will most likely refer to his/her split personality with this duality. (good vs evil, sheep vs wolf). The champion will probably switch off between stances, similar to Jayce. And the Sheep form will be some sort of mage / caster stance whereas the Wolf form will be some sort of melee stance (again, kind of like Jayce).

He/she could possibly be Ionian, I don't know, but I doubt he/she will be from the Shadow Isles.

Maybe the champion will be some sort of shapeshifter, or Gnar like champion. Where a soft and cuddly champion ends up being a wolf on the inside, but honestly that would be too similar to Gnar.

This champion could be a monster/beast or it could be a shapeshifting human. Regardless I'm stoked to find out!
