IDEA: With VGUs, why dont skins that are priced 975 and up, get recalls

I've been thinking about this for a while.

I know it'll take more time for the animators but I feel the pay off will be great. It's like when I wondering why splashes weren't getting updated with VUs. But then they did. So now i"m hoping skin recalls and particles go up to standard.

Because, not to be a prude, the update doesn't feel 100% done if you leave those priced skins STILL not up to the standard of other current released skins at the same price

Plus, Shadow Evelynn showed me it could be on the horizon
