How much could the story use "Sex as Politics" as a plot element?

Not looking for any explicit content (I have other websites if I want to read smutfics), but think more along the lines of Miss Fortune claiming that Illaoi slept with Gangplank (and Illaoi not denying it). Or perhaps a scene of, say, Syndra waking up in Zed's bed as he's leaving to kill someone (i.e. Jhin) (this one's not canon... yet).

You can't expect to make a story where absolutely everyone is chaste, though I'm also not asking you guys to write porn. Just out of curiosity, how much should we expect innuendos, double entendres, and the like?

Uhm Miss fortune kinda said already that Illaoi and Gangplank were dating each other(and the way she worded it also sounded to me like they had sex),so your example is kinda redundant(not to mention its not like MF would care for something like that,considering that GP is her sworn enemy)

Draven Rock star of executions and bound to have groupies. Evelynn To soon to tell but if they keep her vampire-ish side it wont be a stretch. Gragas Gives me that 'Master Roshi' vibe if not supervised around a bar wench. Leblanc Would boil down to magician stuff, keep your eyes on me and not the trick if you will. Soraka Warwick I admit I dont know as much as I would like about these two but from what I can gather the betrayal/curse angle of these two offers a very tragic love story if pursued.
