Gangplank's new splash seems odd... and i think i know why.

The dude has no visible lower lip. so his face looks like that of a chipmunk. also add in how long his mouth is seems kind of animal-esque to me. .

ofc I could be wrong.

so i made a small edit to his lower mouth and elongated his mustache. you guys tell me which one looks better...

this edit here was something really quickly thrown together by me apologies if the edits dont blend in with the splash textures too well.

GP's face has changed very much through the ages. With his first VU he changed from a beard black pirate with red eyes who looked damn ugly to the gangplank we know now, which is quite nice and piratey. Now, he looks like a different kind of pirate without a tan even though he prolly spends lots of time in the sun and such. He overall looks piratey but not as piratey and orangey. I liked his old look.

his face is just feels wrong, both in the splash art and in game a cool thing they could do is put the old face back in this model and we would have a perfect model, but it won't happen

I don't like the style of art that the new splash updates are getting in comparison to new champions. If you look at the splash arts of Gnar, Azir, Vel'Koz, and compare it to the new splash arts, they are all much darker in tone and have a more... shiny feel or something.
