Meet the Archivists....again!

Hey everyone! In case you missed our post in Concepts and Creations, we're the Archivists and we've been brought on-board to help moderate, collect feedback and help out with both SA&S and C&C boards.

The team consists of myself, Echoing and The Djinn! So what can we do to help? Well...

  • We moderate discussion. if you report something, it's probably going to come across our imaginary desks!
  • We have the ability to sticky, pin, remove, etc. threads of major importance!
  • We can delete comments or edit comments, albeit we're going to tell you when we do these things.
  • We have contact with Riot so feedback, criticisms and otherwise related specifically to this board will hit Riot's ears.
  • We're here to help, plain and simple!

If you'd like to ask questions or know anything, feel free to comment! We're also using this time to gather feedback and get info on what could be done to improve this board. Again, we're here to help and we want YOU (yes you, imaginary reader!) to give us all your crazy ideas for making SA&S even better.

Have you, do you, and will you have an unwavering dedication to the Master Archivist himself, the keeper of the legendary Sharjonic Archives, Sharjo?

If not, I see no reason for you to be here.

I can't speak for everyone but I actually really want to get Sharjo an Archivist title considering his support/work done for the boards! (In much the same way Echo was a major pick for the position thanks to the monthly contest he runs.)

That said, I don't believe Sharjo applied and that's step one. If he wants to join up, I doubt there will be any obstruction when it comes to his interview, application and otherwise.

(Also c'mon man, you could give us a -little- love. :( )

Well, since the Sharjonic Archives is an actual thing, and Riot is working with Sharjo to build whatever it is (which includes revealing all of their lore/worldbuilding plans to him), I suspect it may be best for him not to be a full blown moderator. A special icon and name color, though, absolutely.

Yeah I didn't think it was appropriate to even consider trying out for a moderator status since I'm already a contractor.

For what it is worth, all of us on the Archivist team are very interested in working with you in some capacity. Especially considering all the work you do for SAS.

If you ever need some verification, don't hesitate to ask us.

It's all a joke. I don't have the right nor the power to say who is and isn't welcome here.

I was simply making fun of the fact that Sharjo is highly respected in SA&S.

Take a look at the pinned threads on SA&S, and you'll see that three of them are made by Sharjo.

Sorry man, people here love to play the favoritism game around here. I do like that you are trying to do something for the community. Rather than people have flock behind one or a couple people.

I honestly hate the way the story and Art boards have become. No one can express their opinion or theories about things anymore.

Care to elaborate a bit more on that? That's something I'm interested to hear more about, since it's important to be able to discuss things. :)
