i noticed that you guys are changing the shadow isle's lore and im interested in the Thresh/Lucian story line and i was wondering when you guys change lucian's is there going to be any info removed from the current one?

Lucian isn't a Shadow Isles champion, he's an independent one. Demacian born but not one who associates himself with it. He's not tied to the Shadow Isles through his origins, it's the destination of his journey, so while he's an important figure for the story of the Shadow Isles, he's not a Shadow Isles champion.
Considering how new Lucian is, I'm more than willing to wager nothing will change. He'll likely get a shortened in-client description that'll eventually link to the main site, long version, but Lucian, like just about every new and visually upgraded champion from late 2012 onwards, was likely made with the Institute of War not being canon already being in effect. Nothing to change in that regard.
So to summarize:
Will he get lore changes? It's highly unlikely.
Will he get a shortened "bio-summary" for the client? Absoluetly. Narrative actually seems to be pushing on this quite hard so I'd expect it before the end of the year or maybe early 2015 for Lucian.
Will it come with the other Shadow Isles Champions? Not really because he's not a Shadow Isles champion.
Will it come when they do the pass for Demacian champion bio-summaries? I'd say its a hell of a lot more likely. That'd also include these guys:

Sneak Dog1 votesHe is a shadow isles champion because that is what connects him to Runeterra and makes him relevant in the stories. Similar to how Brand is a freljord champion, he is connected to the shadow isles by opposing them.

I'll let that speak for itself because it actually proved me wrong, he's considered of Demacian allegiance, not independent. Sorry for that, I screwed up. But my point still stands. Lucian isn't affiliated with or has significant history with the Shadow Isles. His history is with his homeland of Demacia, his wife Senna, and with Thresh. He has been to the Shadow Isles before, he fought Thresh there after all, but champions that are considered of a certain national affiliation are tied with it either through their birth or their allegiance. Lucian doesn't have an allegiance to the Shadow Isles and he certainly wasn't born there, thus I'm confident in saying he ain't a Shadow Isles champion.
On the topic of Brand; Brand is in fact cited as an independent champion.

This kinda boils down to how individual champions would identify themselves; Maokai was a spirit of the land that became the Shadow Isles. He's a Shadow Isles champion because he fights to restore the land. So technically, he still fights for the Shadow Isles, but for his Shadow Isles. Brand might not even originate from Freljord originally, he was imprisoned there, sure, but is that where he was born? And what was he doing there in the first place? Lucian is Demacian born and is the one man army against the Shadow Isles. He wouldn't associate himself as having a relationship with the Isle other than wanting to destroy it, a sentiment other Demacians likely would share if they actually gave a damn!
If that comes off as really snobbish, I'm sorry, I didn't intend for that. Hell I might just be talking about of my arse. These are my musing and opinions on the subject. But I feel what I've said holds some truth to it.
Sneak Dog1 votesFor event purposes I'd count him as a shadow isles champion though, just like I'd count Brand a Freljord champion for event purposes. It's just the faction their story connects them to. Apparently Riot disagrees with me or thinks it could be unclear to mention it like I would.
