Shes a cold blooded assassin Not a seductress like her sister.
Except the new splash doesn't make her look tough, it makes her look like a completely different person.
I'm saying cute for a few reasons.
i actually love her new art, it makes her look really bloodthirsty, which suits her just fine
I dunno even why everyone acts like she is some kind of hideous monster now.
I mean yeah she doesn't look cute anymore,but she is by no means ugly.
You should never take a beloved and attractive champion and turn them into a Crack Whore, this will not do good things for your career.

Had this of been the original splash for Katarina, it would have been thought of as good work. Taking so much creative liberty that you attempt to change a attractive champion into something repulsive is never going to work.
If Riot does not abandon this splash and it actually hits the live client the general public is going to go apeshit. As for myself I have already made plans to alter my client so that I never have to look at this garbage.
I do not think Riot realizes how many memes are going to be made from this splash and honestly how much people are going to make fun of them in general for this work. This is one of Riots most Iconic champions and now she is a crack whore. LOL.
