...SO IT'S TIME TO STOP! It's ridiculous how Riot just doesn't give a shit about the minority of the players. As long as there are people who shout out they'll buy all the skins for MF ( and Tristana and Ahri ) Riot will keep manufacture skins for them on conveyor belt! Illaoi is a 2 years old champion and still no skin! Syndra just got a skin a month ago! MF got a skin last year Ahri and Ezreal as well! Taliyah??? Aurelion??? Illaoi??? Kled??? I'm sure there are a bunch of great concept made by the official Riot concept art team. But the chiefs only lets out of the sieve those skins which are for popular champions. Syndra fans celebrate christmas now.

MF is a very old champion you need to remember. The majority of her skins were released far before people started crying for new Cass and Yorick skins. Also 3 of them are legacy. Some aren't even that good of a skin, such as cowgirl.

She has 2 skins that actually change particles. 3 now. That is the same amount as Jhin, who is a year and a half old. If you're gonna complain about one of them, look at Syndra, all of her skins are nice and change particles except for Queen of Diamonds.
