Aatrox is able to get other people to do a lot of fighting as we see in Tryndamere. There's a theory that Vayne might also be in control by a Darkin which would explain a lot of how she is. If Vayne is controlled by a Darkin what would that Darkin's theme be?

What if Vayne sees dark magicks as plague. I mean we know that Demacia is against that stuff and perhaps her relentless, emotionless killing against dark magicks is her vision of plague diseases whatever. I'm not sure if it works like that but yeah. Her having fun with it is just who she might be. I'm not sure if I'm getting it right though so...
Kinda like Tryndamere, he is a great fighter but fighting is not all he does now as we see with his truce with Ashe. Tryndamere has his own character going on.
Just at first glance (wikipedia) the horse of pestilence is also sometimes conquest but I don't see how that relates too much.
Sancre1 votesIn the Darksiders franchise, famine was changed for strife (hi vayne) and pestilence for fury, so RIOT might take strife instead of famine, as the darkin of famine would clash a bit with Tahm Kench, the demon of famine and desires.

That said, she could be considered a potential host by that female horned demon who killed her parents (possibly a female Darkin?) that's priming her up to be possessed like what Aatrox is doing to Tryndamere.
