Please relate Brand to a lore, I cannot stand his lack of identity.

Ever since the Summoners lore fell apart Brand lost his identity. I believe that as a spirit of fire that was trapped in a cage of ice, he can be presented as a potential nemesis of the Watchers in the Freljord, as if him and the Watchers were just born to battle each other until the end of time, but they decided to subdue him and lock him up because like the case with Xerath, he could simply not be destroyed by them.. And now that he's out and he has a host (the human body that he took over) he is looking for revenge and probably has a burning hatred for Lissandra and most likely perceives all Freljordians alike as enemies.

There is so much potential to this fellow, Rito please?

My Brand Lore: One day Yasuo farted while Annie was setting him on fire. The resulting flame cloud set a random spectator on fire. He now permenantly burns for vengeance.

I'm pretty sure he was mentioned (not by name) in the Shurima lore. Renekton and Nasus had to fight and seal a fire thingy in a tomb. This could possibly be Brand.

Brand never had much of a personality in the old lore other than he was some sort of vegeneful spirit set to burn the old world. Like what do you want to expand more upon?

But personally I would love for him to get fully fleshed out lore. I don't care if they make him Lissandra's ex, that would make his lore more interesting than it is now.

Brand is an ancient spirit of fire. He consumes lives to sustain himself as a fire consumes logs.

He has been around for more than 1,000 years, as he was sealed by Shurima long before the rise of Azir, and he was released by Xerath to force Nasus and Renekton away from the capital, so he could hijack the ascension ceremony.

Here is where we aren't quite sure what happened to him; he was found sealed in a true-ice cage, so he was likely imprisoned by the Watchers; it could have been done by the freljord, but as the knowledge of Brand's location wasn't commonly held enough for Kegan Rodhe to avoid that cave, it was likely something that happened before the Freljordians started keeping written records of this kind of thing.

I thought they tied him to the Freljord as something trapped by the Watchers. Once the Freljord story begins, he will likely show up, likely around the time Lissandra gets into trying to bring dem Watchers back
