Hi all this is not a fuckng SJW or feminist post so I am not gonna shit OR take shit from people, so without further ado, lets get started.

I was thinking that most of the ladies in LoL that are physical, should be more muscular, not to the extend of Illaoi and she is hot for days, lol. I think they should be slightly bigger and more toned. I don't mind the likes of MissFortune Vayne and Irelia being more athletic than buff, because they are more speedy than a bruiser . lf I am gonna list the ladies in league that should be buff with 6-pack abs should be:

Riven : extremely so why not.

Katarina so-so, her model in "A New Dawn" was ripped and the kind of body the ladies in league should have because she isn't bulky.

Diana : Targon is rough as hell. so her and Leona should have a ripped body.

Vi : Tough as hell and strong as f"ck

Sejuani : She lived in alone in the harshest part of Freljord so, why shouldn't she not be muscular?

Shyvana :Same deal as Sej, tough childhood and a bruiser.

So do you guys agree they should have a more muscly build or not?

Shyvana Sejuani should definitely be more muscular. I think Sej should be bulkier overall, not as much as Illaoi but well-built in her own regard.

i rly like muscle babes so im bias here

You are coming at this with expectations for men and bodybuilders. And, well, women are not men nor are the champions bodybuilders. The bodies of women are inherently different in how they react to things and also popular understanding gives a distorted view on the reality of what strong people look like and on the reality of strength training, athletics, and so on,

For example, 6-pack abs are not a representation of the strength or athleticism of an individual. 6-pack abs are from tailoring your diet to give your body a low body fat percentage. The same goes for muscle visibility in general and women also carry more body fat than men. And look into the lengths that body builders go to for shows; some even try to control their water intake to dehydrate themselves to show their muscles that well. Probably not a good practice for them and definitely not for women on the battle field.

For strength, let's take a look at the clean and jerk an exercise which is a standard competition lift and is used in the Olympics. This is the first woman to clean-and-jerk over 300 pounds.

And here is Zoe Smith who holds four British clean and jerk records.
