Petition to fix Dawnchaser Sejuani's splash art

She's been like this for more than a year (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/j9K8dLEg-petition-for-riot-to-tweak-dawnchaser-sejuanis-splash-art), but now that portraits show the skin instead of the base splash art we have to look at that derpy face even while in game.

Please Riot, I beg of you, stop ignoring us and fix the problem!
