I don't think so. Taric is a charming protector, functional yet stylish. He is all into gems and just can't shut up about them (let's hope in his rework that doesn't change, cause i like him just being a bit more goofy than usual champions).
Jhin is a psychotic murderer, who sees beauty in killing (thats why he says stuff like fabulous, he means it in a completely other way than Taric) and also sees himself as a briliant artist (in reality he is just a mercyless killer). And theres already one core that completely splits their personalitys, Taric is a guardian, a protector that is ready to smash everyone into the ground that comes to near to the person he protects, Jhin is a murderer who kills people no matter what for his "art".
