In the case someone like Yasuo gets through banning phase, him screaming "HASAGI!"/"SORYE GE TON!"/"FACE THE WIND!"/"TON!"/"ASERYO!"/etc every few seconds is mindbogglingly annoying. Or things like Lux or Teemo laugh being spammed over and over. But currently, requiring a muting of all champion sounds just because of one/a few champions in the game is sort of annoying, because some other champions have great VO lines or the like.

I got you man. Personally I love the concept of throwing bombs at people so I play Ziggs, but by god he has got to have one of the most annoying voices. But I don't want to mute anything because auditory cues are kind of important.
