Annie and Kat definitely needed new skins

Skins are not something that gets evenly distributed.

Doesn't Annie have the most skins in the game? Nidalee didn't need one either, and the Kat one is horrid.

Yorick, Urgot, and Mord do even if its minor ability changes like Sion got

If I remember correctly they said something about a skin being in the works/planned for basically every champion at the beginning of 2014

& need a complete rework first,so if they get a skin,it will probably be something like the safecracker evelynn,a cheaper skin.

& probably have skins in the works,these skins most likely just take a bit more to finish,because sometimes there are problems with coming up with the design or something like that and a skin gets delayed

is simply extremely difficult to make skins for,because of his fluid body.They have most likely a skin in the works,but it is going to take longer than a regular skin.
