Should we get a Champion with a Shinto-esque angle, like a Shrine Maiden?

No need to carbon-copy Shinto priests, but having a Champion who could have a Reimu Hakurei-inspired skin/chroma would be neat. Definitely would have to be an Ionian Champion.

Yin-Yang orbs.

It would be interesting to see, but the only champ I could see with that sort of clothing is Taliyah. I may be hard to make it flow with the model. I mean we kinda have this already with Karma.

I'd LOVE to, but people will complain that we have too many Ionian champions.

I didn't really notice at first, but they do have the most champions of any region. I guess since almost every culture of Asia is put into the Ionia thematically, it just happens.

Well, a lot of fantasy archetypes, or the popular ones, are from the countries of Asia. I'd still like another traditional japanese one though, tbh it's just Yasuo.

As far as I know, the ninja/shinobi/kunoichi archetype is traditional Japanese, too. Still think a shrine maiden champion would be interesting, tho.

Yea Asian/Japanese content is always the best and most popular by default so its always great to see more of it in League since it will both bring a lot of money to Riot and loved by the majority of the playerbase

Make this shrine maiden champ not of Ionian nationality like for instance Xin (an Ionian serving in Demacia) or like Udyr (born in and currently serving in Freljord, but adopted Ionian martial and personal discipline).

Done.
