All of those skins sound pretty plausible, but let's keep expectations low for now, at least until one of them is announced or Riot debunks the whole thing.

But definitely odd Poppy would get another "girly" skin after having gotten SG.
I would figure her fans want more brutal skins.
So, let's analyze each skin and see any potential from them. Remember, none of the skins are confirmed (yet) so spare me the rebuttal, fake or not, but I want to see if they can potentially become actual skins.
Kayn, but instead of a Darkin scythe, it goes down the "Split" road. With the new effects system and the success of transforming champions like Kayn, I believe they want to go a step further. Either his R has him lose his sanity to become his other personality or have his insanity be transported to another champion? Also a Tekken-based champion that utilizes combos? The only champions that comes to mind are 
Riven, 
Ryze, and possibly 
Vi. What kind of combos will this champion have? Is it simple button mashing or having it more arcade-like like something from Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur, Street Fighter, etc. in which you combine abilities to create new and stronger moves and/or abilities?Big thing that makes me feel like its fake is that Eve is getting a skin RIGHT after she gets reworked or right before.

Its fake. An eve skin even after her vgu, twitch literally just got a skin, wtf is believer taliyah, overall makes no sense.
That looks extremely fake. Not only does it checkmark off every champion that hasn't had a skin in a very long time, but it also takes the idea of a fairly popular idea from that Thread of suggesting types of characters people want. As much as I'm willing to give Riot the benefit of the doubt, I highly doubt they could manage getting each and every skinless champion.

give me 1 good reason why riot would give Quinn a "Legendary?" What financial benefit will they have from making a Legendary for her? She is neither popular nor played, she is not even present in esports.
Ashe was popular, played and is still popular and played, not only in soloq, but in esports as well. Giving ashe a legendary totally made sense. Because popularity means profit.
I'm not super confident in this one, if just for the fact that giving two other champs "Dragonmaster" skins before Swain might give people a heart attack.
I think most of them are fake, specially that Evelynn will get one short after her VGU, but I think giving Twitch a championship skin us very likely
Just like Star Guardian Poppy, I will be waiting in agony to see if Popstar Poppy is true. I can't wait. I am just going to smile randomly through out the day for like weeks just like the SG Poppy leak. I hope these are real, they are all awesome. (But Popstar Poppy the most awesome)

P.s I'm not hating on Quinn getting a skin, that's awesome! I was actually one of the people begging for a project Quinn (along with Shen). I don't care that it's Legendary more power to quinn, maybe i'll pick her up again with this new skin, but holy **** am I pissed that MF gets another skin that's not Legendary, . Ughhh I knew i was going 2 regret being happy she got another skin*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*
Then again this could be wrong....but...I doubt it
Yeeeeeeaah NO Faker than reality tv I say this because some champions would then have too short of a gap between the last time they had skins
Prime Example 1: championship twitch
His past skin was less than half a month ago and championships skins are released between September and October. it would make his skin gap the shortest in history and would no doubt lead to people ranting like crazy over it . More so than they did over star guardian 
Example 2 and 3: project Quinn and Diana Very doubtful considering both have received a heartseeker and blood moon skin respectively.
It's a shame though I'd kill to see dragon mistress Evelynn and headless kalista
Here's something to chew on. You know how to tries to make the championship soon reflect the artist who does the world's song, well championship twitch is really likely because they've been rumored to have quietly invited the Fatrat to riot hq, and this was weeks before this leak was announced.

I'm really glad to see new Poppy skin and very happy to see Legendary skin for her, but... really?! Why the hell... it is one and the only skin theme I was really wish to never see (Pop Star)... It's not fair :C
