I am a bit confused, shouldn't Nidalee also be a Vastayan? As how she can turn to an animal. If so why does she not appear to be one when we search the Universe page on. Link: http://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_us/race/vastaya/ Why is she not included?

Shapeshifters aren't true vastayan. There's vastayan heritage there, but not enough that they actually ARE vastaya.

Vastaya = chimeric humanoids
Shapeshifers = Humans with shapeshifting powers that originate from having vastaya ancestors

Vastaya themselves can change their shapes too, and a lot more freely than human shapeshifters.
