Bilgewater event incoming?

The champion update site was updated today and it looks like and are getting visual updates(and GP gets a kit rework too).

And well it is noticeable that these 2,who are probably the best representatives for Bilgewater,both get an update. The only time when 2 champions who belong to the same faction got a visual update of any kind that was not tied to an event were Sivir and Nasus(and that was before they were really shurima champs and these updates were most likely made with the upcoming event in mind).

And overall I'd say it would make sense to give Bilgewater an event,since it was kinda left out for a very long time now(the last bilgewater champ was and he is so old,he doesn't even cost 6300 ip anymore).

So what do you guys think?Will there be a Bilgewater update?If yes,then what is going to be the focus of it?

Personally I think it might relate to the shadow isles,I mean we've got some SI and Bilgewater interaction during the harrowing and kalistas release. Since these events also come with new champs I guess there might be an important Bilgewater champ incoming(maybe some sort of admiral?Or a davy jones like character?)

EDIT:BIG NEWS They added a mysterious laugh to the pbe,that plays when you die,or when you laugh in the river. This laugh sounds like someone is laughing from below the waters.
