Why is Lux's portrait still tilted?

A while back Riot went through various champion portrait icons and touched them up to be more readable when used on icons. One of the things they did was rotate any icons that were tilted due to the position of the champion's portrait, the only exception to this is Lux.

So why does Lux still have a tilted icon?
