For me it's 
(second next VGU), 
(being a rock/ground elemental, he has so much potential gameplay-wise) and 
(his loyal fanbase has already said everything that had to be said, so I don't think I have to explain this one).
Riot manages somehow to give him something new at each cycle, last time was waveclear and a mass teleport, can't wait for him to also have team-wide heals.
So MM shuts up about it Because I think he has A LOT of potential that is going to waste in his current state
Similar to Mordekaiser, he has the potential to be a very cool champion, but his current state doesn't live up to it at all :/
Because bashing peoples head with a lamp-post would be so much more satisfying with fluent animations
Quinn.
Ever since her rework she's not been very satisfying to play as or against, and her theme suffered a lot as a result of the changes. The champion just feels like a roaming Harrier bot now, rather than an elite falconer team that works together. I wish Valor were more than just a particle effect for Quinn's spells. In terms of visuals, they have a lot of potential too.
Aside from Quinn, I'd also love to see a Janna VGU, even though she's nowhere near a priority right now since her gameplay seems to be aging well. I do think her kit could be much more interactive and interesting though, as well as modernized to reflect her new abilities in the lore.
Most excited about: Urgot.

there has never been a rework ive liked as mich as the prerework version of any champion ever. so the answer would be none.
(I got the legendary in a box and I fell in love with the old one as well as loving the new kit as well. I also really like tragic heroic lores like his so he is one of my favorite characters.. Cant wait, even if it's just a few days

i just recently heard about the morgana kayle one. after the galio change im worried that they wont be the angel/demon sisters that ive always loved. it'd be nice to have a more mature version of their character designs with a deeper story though. i just hope they dont change in appearance for the worse. i'd love it if morgana was made to be more elegant and kayle's flight animation was a bit smoother. i'd also like it a whole bunch if morgana's kit was a polar opposite to kayles in a sort of yin and yang sense.
I think he'll be the most visually impressive champion to be released. Not to mention two legendary skins.

My first champion I've played in 2014. Back then he was a lot of fun to play, especially with the Surprise Party skin. Now with the nerfs, buffed then nerfed the patch after (6.9 - 6.10), the price increase on the items he desperately needs like Zhonya, the ridiculous mana costs on his abilities, his super linear kit, his in-game model not aging well, his super-slow jungle clearing, new or meta junglers performing a whole lot better than him, and the recent Jungle changes, Fiddlesticks has completely fallen out of meta for a really long time. These minor changes can no longer bring him back as Riot will nerf him immediately if he becomes way too strong. If he gets buffed, he becomes too powerful, if he gets nerfed, he becomes useless. He has become the new Pre-reworked Warwick in which he needs to farm to Level 6 first before ganking anybody. Not only that, he's too squishy to be a jungler. He has so much potential to be this terrifying, demonic scarecrow, instead he looks super goofy and his lore's nonexistent. His short story doesn't do him any justice either since it's just him killing bandits. I just hope that Riot will give him an emergency VGU if the new jungle changes (if they ever plan to) mess him up too hard.
Hope they do this dude justice like what everyone's saying about him. I've never played him because of how stingy I am when it comes to kits using health as cost.
I'm just sick of laning against her because of her bullshit long-range stun and her anti-magic shield. Hope she becomes something more than a complete nuisance. Sorry if I'm being biased with this champion, I just fucking hate Morgana. Every time I'm pitted against her, she always has the upper hand because of her kit, no matter what champion I choose.
Hope Nunu becomes more than what they are right now. I want Willump to be more of an intimidating wendigo and Nunu as a Yordle than some annoying kid. He could be the Freljordian

I actually can't wait to see what they cook up for poor Urgot. He definitely deserves a full VGU for his current kit and design isn't doing him exact justice.
I like Urgot's kit as it is now but the ult is useless and his Q is buggy sometimes
Malph is what we all know and used to love, he's just so outdated, it's so boring to play him
Zac seems kinda binary but I like him and I might even play him in the jungle next to hec in ranked if I ever get it. The rework seems like it'll put a fresh spin on his kit.

- He was one of the first champions I ever mained, and I love his thematic, but right now, his kit is just so disjointed. I feel like they could make Cho'Gath SO much better than he is right now, and I can't wait to see what they can do with him. I wouldn't mind if he was turned into something like a Juggernaut - I feel like that would match his character the most.
- I've always wanted to give Morde a try, but between knowing his kit is full of bugs, his current state and my vast inexperience, I really don't think I'll touch him extensively until after a VGU. Like Cho'Gath, I think he could be REALLY awesome if he's given a more modern coat of paint. He's supposed to be the "big bad" of the Shadow Isles, a conqueror who takes the souls of the damned to use for himself. His current kit really just...doesn't live up to his fantasy as much as I feel it could.
- These five are together less because of how interested I am in seeing how their themes can change, but more for gameplay reasons. Call me what you will, but I hate fighting against any of these champions. They are entirely unfun to fight against, and in some cases, they're really starting to show their age. I want to see these champions updated mostly because I'm tired of these champions existing as they are, since I think they're fundamentally unhealthy for the game.
- They don't need full reworks, just some touching up, but I don't like how these champs are forced to be trash tier for the rest of us because the pros abuse the fuck out of them. Granted, Azir and Kalista are definitely cancer when they're strong, so they might need a bit more work than others. Still, these champs are pretty cool but they feel like troll picks unless you're a god with them. Reworking them so they're in a more balanceable spot would be for the best.
So yeah....those are the ones I'm looking forward to the most. If there's others, I don't really remember them off the top of my head. There's too many on the update schedule. XD

Yes he's in the works right now but honestly I'm just not as patient as I use to be when it comes to champ reworks, whether they make the champ better or somehow worse to play as/against. With Urgot though his kit is just a bit of a mess and I just don't understand what he's trying to be.
Jugg reworked failed, still has his bugs as far as I know, is one of the slowest champs in the game with no built in CC, he needs a full VGU now
He's been an old fav of mine and one of my first mains ever. But how he is right now, even with the minor buffs, he just has lost his touch on me. I'd like to see him updated to feel proper in the game.
The one champ that may actually make me want to play mid.
He's just annoying. Only one damaging ability, a nearly unreliable W for a slow, Ult kinda breaks the game a bit when he can cast it when CC'd, and he doesn't really live up to the barbarian king feel of gameplay when all he ever does is just live it big down in split push city.
