I think that would make for a good story. Because it tell os more about live in the blessed Isle and a bit of it's darker side as we get to see how things were from Yorick's perspective, how the monks of the dusk where like and how he was ostracized for having the power to speak to ghosts.

I think it would really draw attention to the champion, maybe encourage a bit more tuning on him, since he really could use a bit here or there.
Furthermore, he has one of the most interesting stories of all the champions, everyone roots for the outcast becomes a "hero". He's not really a hero, but neither is he a villian. That's good design in my book, and deserves some elaboration on his story line.
I'm okay with this. But then it would be mandatory for one of the ruined king and kalista/hecarim before they ruined the blessed isles after. Which I'm okay with too.
I think it is time of a real villain. Darius is neither hero nor villain, Nami is a hero. So, we need villain for now, not lighter Darius.

we need more shadow isles lore, in general, i still need my Kangaroo babby 
to have more stories of her/"their" dark harvest of vengeance.Also, we need more knowledge on 
other than the fact she works for the black rose to go into the shadow isles.Then, of course, it wouldn't be bad to have more 
lore.We also can't forget that 
rework may be released sometime in October.
As cool as Yorick is, I feel as though Elise should get some attention.
I really really want this, but that's because I really love Yorick his character and story is very interesting, and very tragic. I'd like to see some writing or art between Maokai and Yorick too, even though Maokai's new taunts to him are a little cruel, Riot stated that they're friends (as much as they can be) and their goals are very similar.
I'd love for him to get more attention, even if it was just another (but longer) story, or a comic. Even though they say they don't, riot obviously favor the meta and more popular champions, so I don't think this is something that would ever happen.
Even if its not Yorick-centric, more writing/art/lore for shadow isles would be nice, especially since it's Halloween soon.
