Rakan's supposed to be of a particular vastayan tribe, and as such has no ties to any form of human ethnicity, including ones that are actually Runeterran.
Your statement is potentially racist from the view of looking at black stereotypes. "Sounds like a black guy" isn't exactly the nicest thing one could say in regards to an individual person or black people, y'know?
